If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you can return it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange (minus the shipping charges). Please contact Katrina at kat@selfsymmetry.com to make arrangements.

Repairs
If an item you purchased is in need of repair 90 days from the date of purchase, I will repair it for free (provided all the beads are returned). I will repair anything else on a per need basis. Please contact Katrina at kat@selfsymmetry.com to discuss arrangements.
